As of September 26, 2026, Inep had not yet released the results of the Enamed 2026 make-up exam requests. The supplementary schedule sets September 30 as the date for releasing the request decisions, which participants must check through the Enamed System. For approved requests, the next scheduled steps are the Registration Confirmation Card from October 13, the make-up exam on October 18, the preliminary answer key on October 20, and answer-key appeals from October 20 to 22.

This schedule applies specifically to the make-up administration. It should not be confused with the dates for the regular exam held on September 13 or with the preliminary answer key for that sitting. Inep states that the entire make-up process must be followed through the Enamed System, where participants can check the decision on their request, access the confirmation card and, after the new exam, file an appeal against the preliminary answer key.

When will the Enamed 2026 make-up request result be released?

The request decisions are scheduled for September 30, 2026. In the official notices reviewed, Inep did not specify an exact release time. The reliable reference is therefore the official date and the Enamed System as the consultation channel.

The request window has already closed. Applications were accepted on September 14 and 15, exclusively through the system, for participants who met the criteria established in the notice. Inep said the requests would be reviewed to determine which participants were entitled to the new administration.

The request decision is not the final exam result

The September 30 release only tells the participant whether the make-up request was approved or denied. It is not the Enamed score. This distinction matters because the schedule uses the word “result” for different stages.

For a participant whose make-up request is approved, Inep states that the final Enamed 2026 result will be exclusively the result obtained in the October 18 exam. The make-up administration therefore does not operate as a way to compare two scores and keep the higher one. For this group, the October exam becomes the reference for the final result.

What to do if the request is approved

The next milestone is the Registration Confirmation Card, scheduled to be available from October 13. The document will include the registration number, exam date, time and location, as well as instructions for the administration. Inep also states that the card will indicate approved specialized assistance and use of a social name when those were requested and approved during the regular registration stage.

Participants should check the card as soon as it becomes available and verify the test-site address in advance. Inep recommends this early check because the card contains the individualized information for the make-up administration.

What happens on October 18 and after the exam

The make-up exam is scheduled for October 18, 2026. The specific time and test location must be confirmed on the participant's card rather than assumed to be the same as the regular administration.

Two days later, on October 20, Inep plans to release the preliminary answer key for the make-up exam. Appeals against that answer key may be filed from October 20 to 22. The Enamed System is also the official channel identified by Inep for this stage and for checking the related results.

The process does not end in October. The appeal results, final answer key and final Enamed 2026 result are scheduled for December 4. This date separates the October answer-key challenge stage from the final consolidation of the exam.

Checklist to follow each stage without mixing them up

  • On September 30, check the make-up request decision in the Enamed System.
  • If the request is approved, return to the system from October 13 to access the Registration Confirmation Card.
  • Use the card to confirm the time, location and instructions for the October 18 make-up exam.
  • On October 20, check the preliminary answer key for the make-up exam.
  • If an answer-key challenge is needed, observe the October 20 to 22 window and use the official channel.
  • For the final stage, check the appeal results, final answer key and final result on December 4.

Where to check the official status

Inep identifies the Enamed System as the official channel for following the make-up process. Because the request status is individual, general articles about the exam do not replace the participant's own system check. Inep also keeps official notices and an Enamed legislation page, where Notice No. 146 of September 10, 2026 is listed as the act establishing the rules and supplementary schedule for the make-up administration.
